What would a paint shop charge to test my paint or whtever they do, and mix me up a rattle can of the same color? previous owner said the paitn was intense blue pearl, didn't tell me the brand though.

well my paint is royal saphire blue off of a 96 toyota. i went to a local hardware store that mixes paint and got a pint of the paint mixed so i could profesionally repaint my front bumper. then i decide ill save the paint for when i get a new bumper thats not cracked and got a can of spray paint mixed. the pint with hardener and reducer was like 40 bucks and the spray paint was 12. it should be around that for just a can.

thats with dupont paint too so its not like it was the cheapest brand or anything.

i wouldnt get a rattle can match. the aerosoles(spelling) changes the color. so when its mixed its right but when it gets put in the can its wrong. just get a good match mixed up in a can and find someone with an hvlp (unless you have one) and spray it on, good as new.

Well this is just for throwin a quick coat in my engine bay. Nothin special. Although if it matches good enough I might hit up part of my rear bumper and part of my door that's chipping, but we'll see. So like 12$ for a can?
