my 4 cylinder conversion notch took the front seats out got gt lumbar now i want to put gt backs in is that possible what so ever if so how much modification is needed and bernie do you still got the back seats in ur notch

Are you talking about putting the fold down split rear seat in yours?
Like I did in my notch? Yes it can be done but you need the 2 end brackets from an older hatch mustang or capri that has the one piece back. I can't remember what year it was but I believe the 87 and later hatches have the end brackets built into floor pan. You will also need to get the center bracket from the split back. not sure if yours will have it but my notch actually had the mounting studs already in the floor pan from the factory for the center mount.
