Default Headliner opinions

I've been flirting with the idea of taking my fox to a shop to have my headliner redone, at a cost of about $150, and decided I might as well try myself, worst that could happen is I **** it up and pay to get it redone.

The only problems I ran into were the curves in my t-tops, the material wouldn't stretch so I had to make cuts, and there are 2 small gaps on either side. Other than that, I've got a dark spot from the glue soaking through, but it looks a hell of a lot better than my old headliner, and for $3.77, I can't complain.

Did you remove the grey foam before you glued on the new fabric? If not it'll be back down before you read this post!

Ya, used steel wool to clean the board. I had a bunch of spray adhesive on the back section where my brother attempted to half-assedly fix the sagging liner a while back, that was a pain in the *** to clean. I had to rub it with my fingers and push the glue around into *****. I've got blisters all over my fingers from it!

It doesn't match my interior, I realize that, once I get some money together I'm gonna make a huge order from 50resto, and a pre-mounted headliner/abs board in my color will definately be on the order
