I have 90 LX and may autocross. Everything is stock on the car.
I do not want to lower it too much as I will be using it on the streets.
Thinking of Ford Racing springs as they do not lower too much.
Let me know what you use and why? Also, what other mods have you
done to autocross.

i like eibach... i have the sportline springs and they are great. They lower the car a good bit, maybe around 2.5 inches in the back and 2 in the front. Eibach makes a prokit spring which only lowers it about 1.5 inches also. I also installed polyurethane spring isolators new rear kyb gr2 shocks. I have a few freinds who have ran the eibach sportlines and they all like them. My freind went from H&R springs on his 95 vr6 gti to sportlines and saw a huge difference. They dont ride rough at all but when you corner the car doeast lean at all. I can take off ramps at 70 with these springs and before i could only do it at 50. They run about 230 bux

i love my steeda springs...lowered it about 1 1/2", but rides and handles great!

Firm but not harsh, lowered my car 1".

I have the eibach pro kit on my car, they are awesome and lower the car about 1.25 - 1.5 inches. Looks really clean and the ride is excellent. I also upgraded to poly bushings, and AGX 10-ways.
