i have a 92 mustang gt that does not want to start the only way that it will start is if i give him charge on the battery, i already replace the battery but still the same. I pass charge to the battery and works but only for 20 min and then dies and i have to give charge again any ideas what could be wrong do i have same kind of electrical problem ????

have you had your alternator checked?

yes i just change it also is brand new

I suggest running a code scanner to see if that might shed some light on the problem.

Just because it is brand new doesn't mean it is good I had a car I went thru 3 in one week before I got a good one. The first 2 I got I assumed they would be good they where not, the last time i went in to get one they had 2. I had them test the first one they pulled from the box it was bad, the other one tested ok after that I had no more problems.

UPDATE guys i put the car in the garage for 4 days without starting it and today i started and work fine, started like nothing i didnt need to jump start or nothing any ideas what problem could my mustang have please let me know.

cables loose or deteriorated?

bad starter solenoid, starter bendix, starter itself, bad ground, or loose connection.
