Umm, I don't have any problem at all. It's always been fast for me. Both from work and from home. It doesn't seem that many others, if any at all, are having the same issue. What makes you so sure it's not an issue with your ISP or with the way your packets are getting routed through the network between you and the server? Have you run a trace route to look for packet loss or latency?

First go to the command prompt. You do that by going to START --> RUN and then typing in "command" without th quotes. Then press ENTER.

That takes you to the command prompt.

Once there type this in without the quotes:
"tracert www.mustangforums.com"

dont forget the space between tracert and the website.

The result will be the trace route. basically the computer will "trace" the "route" that the packets take when sending and receiving information to the website. You can use that information to see where the problem is.

Here's why you may see problems when many others dont. Think of it as a highway. Let's say you live 10 miles south of Boston and I live 10 miles north of Boston. We both drive there every day. And every day you complain that your commute is horrible. The traffic in Bosnot in horrible! But I say I never have any problems and there is no traffic in Boston. Well both of us can be right. You get to Boston via a different route. There could be traffic, accidents, construction, detours, etc along your route which would slow you down. While it's clear sailing for me. In reality, the problem isn't with Boston, it's with the road leading to Boston.

Liekwise, the problem may not be with the site, but instead with the route leading from your location to teh website. There are quite a few stops it makes along the way. And the trace route will show you each stop as well as how slow each stop is.

Once you get the results, just cut and paste it here. I'll look it over for you.

well that sucks, lol. Are you using Win XP? Will it let you scroll up and down? Worst case scenario, take a "screenshot" and upload that. To do that, get it on the screen (whatever you want to copy) and then press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Nothing will happen on the scren, but it will be saved.

Now open up "Paint" and start a new file. Then go to "edit" and "paste" and it will paste your screenshot. Then all you have to do is save the file (as a jpg) and upload it to a server like photobucket.com or something similar.
