Default How's this budget setup

I am building an extremley cheap 89 coupe and this is the engine combo for it what do you think

20,000 on rebuild 306
69 351 windsor heads with crane 1.7 roller rockers ( same ones as the cobra )
e303 cam
explorer gt40 intake
underdrive pulleys
full exhaust
smog delete

I am thinking maybe 250-260 or so at the rear wheels? what do you guys think? Keep in mind I am only spending a total of about 2000$ on the whole project!

if its any constilation, you could get a holley systemax package for about 300 more. im running that on a 306 and putting out 325 rwhp. the pac kage comes with heads, cam, intake, plenum, timing chain, and push rods. not to mention the heads and intake are port matched.

not to bad then, youve got a great starting point. but i just dont see it making that much hp from what youve got listed. but as i said it is a really good starting point.

well I figure that the 93 cobra dynos at 240 stock and my setup is a little better than a stock cobra so I think 250-260 would be close but maybe not. The only differences are really the windsor heads which flow just as well if not better than stock gt40's and the e303 cam. But I will be happy with about anything as of right now I haven't driven a mustang in a little while so it will be nice to get this one running soon!!
