I never raced a Camaro that I did not beat...
I never raced a Corvette that I did not beat....
Call it luck...call it bad drivers....but I had to race at least 20 Chevys....and never lost
I did get roasted by a few Mustangs though
I raced a Ferrari one time and won......and that is NO lie. I sometimes say to myself..."he must have been letting off"....butit is not that easy to let off against a screaming 5.0....and then lose at the end
I think most of the time it comes down to the better driver...
Certain cars are just built faster...but if the driver cannot handle it.....it is too bad.
Imagine that the better driver was in the faster car....it would be an absolute blowout

Holy breasts! Thanks for the replies, fellas...including the rantings. Well that makes sense then...they're top end cars. I figured as much, as it did seem like he was getting fiercer by the second when I let of. Nice to know I can run with them a bit around town though.

every camaro ive ever raced, ive outlaunched... be it 3rd gens, lt1s, or ls1s... i dont mean i went before him, i mean both left at the same time and ive always outlaunched them... doesnt mean iev always won, but ive outlanuched all of em
