What Kind of MPG Do you get?

Because of getting a sixxer i might keep 5.0 and buy an all stock 88 notch 5 speed.

So what Mpg do you get?

I started out at 10 mpg, now I am up to 15 and I still need to take care of my electric fan, which should help out as well, since my clutch fan does not get me out of closed loop for a while.

Because i want to park the 86 fix her up and use strickley for a show car. But not sure if i wanna a six or if i can get 18 around there city and 20 somthin highway in a 5.0

I get about 14 mpg and I haven'treally "babied" it yet, had the car since late april, and I have an AOD. I'm sure I could geta lot morempg if I could keep my foot out of the radiator from time to time. BTW my only mods are a CAI and Catback Exhaust.

What kind of mpg's do you other mostly stockAOD guys get?

Why not just get a 4 cylinder stick (not a Mustang) daily driver that gets 30+ mpg?

Want to stick with mustang I probley will get a sixxer. Unless i could find a 2.3T mustang

my 2.3t tbird only got like 15mpg ******* it and about 20ish babying it. Not too good. My built GSR motor in my hatch got 40 city 45 highway ******* it all the time...

What are you guys doing? I get 24 on the highway and 18 in town, less if I drive it hard, but I still have the stock gears too.

+1 twotonevert before i parked my 87 with 2:73 and 5 spd I was getting any where from 21 - 24 highway and about 18 - 19 city. Compared to my 83 vert 3.8 Auto which on a good day got 15 - 17mpg reguardless. Hard to beat top down driving though.
