Default oil drain plug, washer or no?

Sorry I'm doing this on the fly from my phone and searching on a cell phone is a pain in the ***, but I realized last time I did my oil that there was no washer on the drain plug, of my other cars, (imports) they always had a little washer on them, is mine just missing or does the mustang simply not have one? thanks

They should have a nylon type washer/gasket on them.
