Anderson PMS
I am looking at a used Anderson PMS series 2. Are these any good? I know they are on series 4 now. I don't need anything real crazy I only have a n/a 302 with heads and bolt ons. Just want to be able to mess around with the it to get some extra horse. Anyone used one of these? Are they pretty easy to use? Thanks

RE: Anderson PMS
The PMS system is great. And Anderson support is second to none, they are easy folks to talk to and they have really designed that system well. If you get the system for a good enough price you should be able to buy the updates from Anderson.

RE: Anderson PMS
I've heard the PMS is a great piece. However, for about half the cost you could get a Tweecer R/T. I have one. It's a little complicated to figure out, but the tuning is limitless. Both systems are great though.

RE: Anderson PMS
ok ill give ya the run down on tweecer.
it just takes alot of patience and knowledge.
think about this...
tweecer r/t $550
wideband $200
laptop $200
eec analyzer and binary editor $100 -optional but a awsome tool non-the-less
its gonna cost you around 1K to tune it yourself...pay someone else and its around $500.
make some changes, like you want some nitrous, oops gotta get it tuned again, o i got an auto and changed my rear gears and its hitting the rev limiter on the shifts, gonna pay another fee to get ir retuned.
get the tweecer and you can do it all urself, just takes alot of time and even more patience and willingness to learn, and a ungodly amount of reading.
