im actually swapping out the whole column ... On the shaft where the retaining bolt goes for the wheel is a mark .. Now if i line up my new hub with that mark ill be putting the wheel on upside down .. I cant turn turn the shaft cuz its in the locked position i suppose .. do i have to put it together upside down to unlock the shaft then get the mark to the 12 oclock position then remove and reinstall the wheel again ? or is there a way to unlock it ?

im such a duma** i just put the key in while the column was still out and it unlocked and i was able to flip the shaft around ...im still wondering about the hub installation though .. it seems to get caught up in the coil as im tightening it .. the hub fits within the first ring of the coil but does not clear the second .. is that normal ? and there is no torque spec in the kit for the retaining bolt ... should i just go as far as i can ? should the back hub actually be touching the 3 prongs that the wires are attached too ?
