I think I am going to go with a 347. It is going to be costly as I have to buy, the short block, Heads, cam, tb, rockers, pushrods, lifters, intake manifold, (most likely a hood) etc.... It's going to be $$$ like always.

What intake were you running? I was under the impression that an aftermarket intake wouldn't fit under the stock hood on a SN95.

That is by far the best kit I have found thus far. Thank you for putting me onto this site. I think I will follow suit with adder soon.

it was just another point about the longevitiy of the motor. if its put together correctly i still stand with my point about seeing no reason not to get a 347
I didn't try to persuade him either way and ultimately its his decision anyway. I usually join these forums because there's a lot of good info and knowledgeable people hanging around. On the other hand I didn't join to start flame wars, pi$$ing contests, etc. Tone and tact can go a long way towards building professional relations. If you want to dismiss my posts as "crap" that's entirely up to you Mr. moderator.

i went back and reread my post at no point did i think i was be rude. i was just asking questions on why you thought one was better than other. i would have done it with any other member.
i was hoping you would elaborate more on it when i posted more info about the rod ratios since it appears you know more than some members. However you did not. i wasn't dismissing it as "crap" i was trying to make you think sorry if i came across harsh was not the impression i was trying to give off.
