Trade for a Cobra???
 

Ive got a dealer thats got a 97 Cobra. 72000 miles, leather, loaded, Midnight puple with a grey fiberglass hood, stock with acceptionof no mufflers, with an h/pipe, asken 7000, trade the fox in for it, what would you do???

$ 7000 is not bad at all. But I would't trade your car for it. I'm not a fan of midnight pulple [:'(].
Keep this in mind, a car dealer will never give you what your car is worth like you and I think.
Instead, I would put that money into your fox. Just think of its potential .
You will out run that cobra.[sm=burnout.gif]

I personally wouldnt buy it. '97 Cobras were never produced in purple which means it was either repainted or is not a real Cobra. Any pics of it?

Ya a guy from the body shop had it and painted it that way, and ya its a cobra, i looked it over, motor and all, but thats a good point tho, and and Devil Dog, your right he was only gonna give me 3500 for mine, so i was like noooo way, and ya take that 7000 and put into my car sounds like a good idea, i love the fox bodys, i dont think i could get rid of her.

It looks nice but it's not personally what I would want in a Cobra. If you really like it then go for it.

i hope its not 7000 with a trade in. if so, definetely no on the purchase.

purple is [:'(].....kind of ruins the badass image of the cobra IMO.

I had a 97 cobra as well.. dont get if you are wanting to mod it unless you're ready for lots of expense. Parts for a 4v are much more expensive most the time. They are not to bad to work on and they drive nice.. but it takes some mods to get them to wake up. Most the time they are a low 14 second car in stock form.
