is there anything i can do/buy to get the AOD to shift into overdrive at WOT?

i have a 88 mustang GT vert

with 4.10 gears.


ive tried searching, but i havent found anything.

any help would be appriciated

because it tops out in 3rd way too fast

You do not want to do that, it would kill the overdrive band within 3-4 shifts.

That is exactly why you dont get a 410 in a street car, i know from the hard way having one in my car.

If you get the Bauman AOD kit, there is an option for WOT shifts into OD.

is this true? or will it just shift like any other gear?
