Default is this a good deal?

So I stumbled across an add for a 1995 Ford Mustang GT for sale. The car has the 5.0, its a 5 speed, new tires, wheels, clutch and breaks. (rotors & pads) The car does have some damage to it. The quarters are dented in. I did drive the car and it drove extremly nice, the engine still seemed strong and all electrial stuff worked. The 3,500 for it which is too high for me for what it is, but what are these cars in good shape selling for? What should the car be worth? Should I look for a car with the 4.6? The car has no mods to it. Everything is stock.

Thanks.
Eric

Sounds like it would be an expensive fix unless you know people.

A 94-95 (SN95) in great or good condition is worth usually about 5-10k depending on location, what model, etc.

2v 4.6's sucked until 99 and even then are nothing special. Stick with the 5.0, it's easy to mod, last forever (ie. My 94 in my sig has 204k mi).. Oh and did I mention that 2v 4.6's suck?

I paid $3,100 for my 95 convertible GT5 speed. Runs excellent and is pretty, no problems, just torn up leather seats.

Quarter panels are expensive.

My 95 GTS 5 speed with 80k on it was 6500 in near perfect condition from a dealer in southern cali. Had a bunch of brand new maintenance done to it. And that's including tax, title, licence, registration, and smog.
