I have a parts car that we really dont need.. and i dont think I want to built it as a project since I have the 5.0 up and going now..

What would be worth more.. Getting the 2.3L auto car back up and running and selling it, or selling it as a rolling chassis and then selling the motor/tranny elsewhere? body is straight, just missing a couple fenders, bumper, and hood... and I could get those pretty easily.

Just sell it how it is, the extra work and money you won't get back

dont think I could sell it at all.. a non running 2.3 in a body with no fenders or front bumper on it.. no tails or head lights, etc... Going to do fenders/bumper anyways.. actualy have a spare bumper at the moment.. not sure what would bring more.. a running 2.3 or a bare rolling chassis.. interior is great in it as she sits.

A 2.3 even in good shape is worth maybe 1,200-1,500 with good paint

you would be suprised.. many people look for rolling chassis.... the only thing that matters are the rear quarters, unibody, and roof.... everything else is replaceable

Thats what I was thinking.. was even considering putting on fenders and my spare bumper, pulling the 2.3 and auto tranny, and selling it that way. Full interior in good condition, rear appears to be in good condition, has wheels and tires on it, frame is straight and body is almost completely straight.. even has good glass all around (no cracks).
