WHAT TF IS THIS PART?
I don't believe there are two lil hoses that go into either side of it.

the bottom check valve assembley goes down to the convertors....if that tube is broken it can be purchased at an auto parts store the tube that bolts to the back of the heads is part of the air injection assembly and I have a few used ones availible for purchase if needed PM me

You are talking about the part connected to the hose and the hose clamp correct? If so, that is the check valve. The aspirator tube is the piece to the left the valve screws onto. That runs down to your converters.

Ok, I tried pointing to the part in my pic that is broken off from the left side. When I went to 50resto, and searched check valve, the pic in my other post is what came up.

Yes, the part you have pointed out is the check valve. It may only be available from ford if you're lucky. The other part you posted from 50 resto, is the diverter valve. 2 different parts for the emissions system.
