how much power can they hold?

i might be selling my 02 gt and am looking at 94-95 gt. i have a nitrous kit that i would b keeping and was wondering how big of a shot i could put on a stock 5.0

the 94-95 have the hyper pistons. 100 shot is safe IF properly tuned. some have done more but i would get iffy.
