In my opinion its not worth anything,get a 4 banger with a straight body and put what you have in your present car into it.If nothig goood is in it just buy another 5.0,their cheap. To fix what you described is not worth it,I remember my dad welding a new front clip on one of my wrecks,from the cowl forward,if you cant do it yourself,forget it.
