ok i got my 8cyl housing in today and i have a 190lph fuel pump to put in should i bother with the fpr right now or can i wait?

You will be fine with the stock FPR, but an adjustable one is a good upgrade.

ok will i notice any difference with an upgraded fuel pump. i dont think so but not sure. im switching from the orig. 4cyl pump to the 8cyl 190lph.

No, it should run the same if it was running fine before. The 4 banger pump is the same as the 5.0 pump 88lph.

I know, I was just saying that the 4 banger and the 8 banger had the same pump. There should be no difference in performance

Only if your stock pump was going bad and your engine was not getting adequate fuel. If it was running fine, then you will not see any performance gains from the fuel pump. You could possibly see SOME performance if you change the fuel pressure around a little, but you need to know what you are doing and what to look for.
