yeah pretty much what i expect man....actually brakes did seam to suck he shoulda been able to stop in les than 20 feet if he was doing 30 but i think he was doing 40mph. its all good this is the reason i maintain my liabilty insurance. she can go after me as hard as she wants, my insurance co is only going to give her so much and thats not my problem cus they will jack my rates up the same wether she gets 1k or 10k. for me full coverage would have been real nice

Sorry to hear, but the fact he didn't have a stop sign, you will be considered at fault. He will play off the fact it's an old truck and the brakes aren't great. Sucks, but it's probably how it's going to go down and the woman will probably be after you for paying.

got the police report and filed my insurance claim, my agent said im fckd, might get the other guy for some of the liability on the ladys car. so its their problem now, they will prolly pay the dude too. i really dont care if im not getting paid it doesnt matter how they do the rest, insurance goes up and my car stays messed up till :i : fix it
