[sm=hail.gif][sm=jawdrop.gif][sm=loveeyes.gif][sm=yikesomg.gif]That Super Snake is AWESOME! 750hp, but the $75k dollar price tag may send s couple customers away.

I want to someday own another Fox, my SN, and a Mach 1 at the same time. That's my goal.

SN95s are not 300lbs heavier than Foxes generally speaking. Maybe if you took the two extremes of each but you gotta compare similar vehicles. My registration says my Cobra is 3286lbs or something like that, not bad at all considering its fully loaded, doesn't rattle or shake or buzz and rides like a dream. When it comes down to style and creature comforts I think the extra weight over a fox is welllll worth it.

To answer your body style question, I like both of them in different ways.

Alright, im gonna throw a curve, and only b/c this IS general discussion...
How about a 94-96 corvette vs. a 97-98 cobra?? I am a ford guy, but in my heart I love all sports cars. My friend tells me I should go for the vette. He found a 95 6 speed with 60k miles for under 8k. I could get around 4 for my 5.0.
Now its going to be a daily driver, any thoughts?

ugh !!!

titles and curb weights mean about as much as what my retarded mongoloid cousin thinks the cubed root of 5672 is

some of the above posted numbers seem ok, but i have weighed a few of my cars , and here is what they were

'93 5-speed notch loaded = 3250 w/ 1/2 tank and no driver
'90 lx 'vert aod = 3450 w/ 1/2 tank and no driver
'89 notch 5-speed = 3150 w/ man options, ac/smog delete , and convo pro skinnies and rears (prob 1/4 tank)

i think it's fair to say a sn95 hardtop = fox GT 'vert in weight i can pretty much guarantee they are w/in 50 lbs

My cobra tips the scales at 3440 with me in it. Thats also with no a/c, big 17x9 and 17x10.5 cobra R wheels, and a 190lb driver.
Just taking me out of the car drops it to 3250.. so you Fox guys really need to realize that there isnt much difference
