I installed the 255lph pump yesterday. I checked compression, and it was a very low 155psi on all cylinders. It had more compression than that before i rebuilt it! But maybe this is due to my rings not being worn in yet? That or due to the fact that my top ring gap is set at .026"(KB spec for pistons i used)
Anyway, i checked the fuel pressure and it is 40 with no vac, 36 at idle and 30 while decelerating. The firing order is correct and i have the autolite3924 plugs gapped at .055". I check the intake vacuum while idling and it was between 12-15(rough idle). I haven't found any vacuum leaks. I want to go back and check all of my valve lashes/ geometry soon. When i built the engine, i preloaded the lifter springs 1/2 turn from 0 clearance.
After running some self tests, i came up KOER 91: Oxygen sensor problem, fuel pressure out of specified range or injectors out of balance.
KOEO 33: Canister or EGR valve control system
Also, if someone reading this has 24 lb injectors, I was wondering if you could check the signal voltage coming from your mass air meter at idle. and What the reference voltage is. I checked my reference and it was 6 volts(I'm told it should be 5 volts) and my signal output is 1 volt at idle
Anyway, the car IS drivable right now, but still runs like ****. It pulls hard to the top but not like i think it should. Its idle is rough and choppy. Any more ideas, let me know. And what do you think of the 155psi compression?

dude 155 is awesome compression. are u sure all of ur injectors are hooked up in the correct firing order as well? i know it sounds dumb but its a possibility. also check to see if ur coil is arcing

Thank you guys for all the support. I will absolutely get the bottom of this issue, even if i end up pulling the motor again.
I also wanted to ask you guys about another prob. i'm having. When i drive the car at 75+ MPH, I get a VIOLENT vibration on the shifter/trans. Even if i put it in neutral and the engine idles, it will still be vibrating till the car slows down. It seems like it is my driveshaft or trans. When i took the driveshaft off, i disconnected it at the front U-Joint(when i removed the trans last). I did not mark it(I think you only have to mark it when you remove it from the differential side.) You guys have any idea where i might be getting this vibration from?? I am going to get under and take a look tomorrow.

drive shaft is outta balance or it was put on wrong? im leanin more towards outta balance or possibly bent. about the coil arcing thing. a few years back i had an msd coil on my stang, and one day it started running like crap. i kept thinking it was timing related so i would advance my timing every time it ran bad. got to the point that it wouldnt advance anymore. one night i was lookin at it and saw electricity comin outta the coil. so i replaced it with a stocker, reset the timing and it ran purrrrrrfect

hmmmmmmmmmm buck surges runs like crap pops through the intake..........am I the only one so far that has asked this question if so here it is::: Are you using the correct firing order??? meaning the h.o/ 351 firing order.....and it starts like this...1372....... the firing order goes counter clockwise around the dizzy also make sure your not 180 out

I see you have a code 33 .......is the pintle on the egr valve stuck partially open..cause this will cause a vaccum leak in a sense and cause it to lean out and miss/ run rough at idle.... did you pull the valve off and inspect it??
