my $200 lx hatch will it run without the o2's hooked up?

yeah i will be hookin it up tomorrow tired had to work today but tomorrow morning.

i also noticed the spout connector is unplugged and the other end is gone will this help in runnin like **** or will it just set off the check engine light.

It will run fine on straight headers. It will loselow end torque and on a stock motor loose a lot of top end too but it will run alright. With the 02 sesonors disconnected the computer will use pre determined fuel tables and the car will run in open loop mode. It will more then likely run a little richer and gas milage will suck. I'd put a mid pipe and mufflers on, you would actually have more power this way.

it will run but run like **** without the O2's. and you can run it with headers and h pipe for sure it will justbeloud.

alright well i put the headers on the mid pipe bolts were rusted so fu#@ it then put the wires,rest of the harness together,retightened the starter, turned the key and it literally fired right up idled fine (somehow with the egr plugged off and the smog pipe from the heads plugged and no o2's) so fired right up i let it idle for like 30 seconds and it was all fine revved it up a little and it wa fine oil pressure went from the bottom 0 up to like almost three quarters which on the stock guage it would be like 60-65 pounds of oil pressure

so i turned it off and did a compression test on it

4-138
5-144
6-143
7-138
8-135 so that was cool to see it did smell like it was runnin a little rich zach but all in all im stoked my 240 5.o runs
