lol yes 1.992 seconds for the first 60 feet of the 1/4 mile. my best time was only 14.1 tho @97mph but again my only mods are full exhaust and 3.73s.

as for quiet ness get headers and an o/r h-pipe and it will be louder

haha yea dont mind the mother.. btw that clip was taken at 1230am lol

but you dont need to stick w/ the same brand for the entire exhaust. i didnt and i bet my car needs more body work than you... like a new hatch, a few dings/dents here and there and the mouldings on the doors look like crap and i have a white 2.5" mach1 hood on it too.. that doesnt match.. lol the lower part of my gt bumper in the front (the little gill things) are breaking so i need a new bumper cover.. and the top of the car and fenders is faded/no clear coat left...

SinceI am a painttech,I have been taking care of the body meticolously over the years. Some punks ripped it off for the wheels in 1996.I spent over 100 hours prepping and painting it then, after the Bodyman gutted the car of all trim and fixed the damage the punks did to it.Tha car really has been a bit of a nightmare.AnytimeI want to get work done it gets damaged in some way and/or the repair is half-***.Seems no one can do top work the first time anymore..[>:]

Had a good break today though, someone came along and had a nearly new BBK off road H pipe for me.He said it will mate up to the stock headers and to the Magnaflows.
He wanted 60 bucks for it.I thought it was good timing and a good deal.
Got some more of the floor pan painted today. That was a real pain in the butt.Still have to do the front half of the floor, but its alot simpler than the back.
I guessI have to come to terms with the fact that its not a new car anymore, age is taking a cosmetic toll on it,and from here on it will be a constant job to keep it in as new condition.

Yes, Deep Jewel Green (PA) with Titanium and black interior (cloth) with lumbar support.
Full load except power windows.Has AC,Factory sunroof and Cruise, locks etc. I have had it since nearly new.A few people mentioned that it has an odd power package, and may have been a factory order car from the first owner. It may also be that the rear diff was requested to be geared other than standard.I will look into this.
All my passengers are suprised at the ***** the car has,so maybe thegearsare not what itusually came with it?
I guess a call to Ford with VIN# would give the built specs?

It has 3.08's
The Magnaflows are on and BBK catless H pipe.We need to do some tweaking with the fit still...
It sounds good.different than all the other "hacks" driving around my 'hood.
A clean deep rumbly tone, especially when powered.
The car is getting a full polish, panel by panel. The car will be at the shop for weeks or months.I doubt it will be driven until May 2008.Will probably get new carpets and some other things.People tell me the carpet is perfect.I found that is has lost some fluff and texture in spots.Yes I am **** about this car, especially now as most have becomeaged beaters.
Here is a pic of my fender after giving it a wet sand and polish.I have 5 coats of clear on the car.I can do alot of rubbing before I go through.

Yes 3m's Trizact pad on a sander, about 3000 grit. The paint is very smooth and did not need any sanding, but, there was some spots and chemical fallout, burnt in my the sun, that polish would not remove.A claybar may have done the job,but can easily congest grit and cause severe scratching. After the trizact I went to a finishing compound, then glaze and a nice rubdown with carnauba wax. This gave good results.Since the car had chrome wheelopenings, the panels had slight chaving, which had to be sanded (1500)down.I hope they all come out as I work around the car.
