damn dude that sucks. I was in a similar situation durring the summer. Only I was driving the maxima. I spun off the road through a fence and into a feild because of the rain. totalled my car but i didnt get any points on my licence or a ticket or anything like that. I am 18, 17 at the time so insurance was a worry but they forgave my first accedent. Maxima was totaled but it was all body damage so we fixed it, now its my winter car (i just got a 5.0 for my 18th b-day this november that il be driving come spring. Youll find one, i did.

yeah i'll have the beater then im actually thinking of a project 5.0 because of insurance cause i still dont know how bad i'm gonna get raped on the premium for a mustang. anyone know of some prices for project 5.0s? im not lookin to do complete a tear down but stuff i can do on my spare time. (crappy interiors, cosmetic stuff, maybe even as far as engine rebuild...stuff like that) basically something that runs and doesnt have any body damage im considering. something for this summer hopefully? anyways anyone know of some ballpark prices? thanks.

Glad your okay, I just ditched mine last week and bent the lower radiator support
and some other stuff. Did air bag go off? It takes one hell of an impact to make the air
bag go off on these things.

yeah really, i don't even know how fast you have to be going for the airbag to come out..i was sliding at maybe 35? and sorry bro but i'm not buying it back...in fact im gettin a nice $5100 check thats goin towards a beater and a 5.0 project!!
