swap the 4-eye??
i got this 90 gt bumper and headlights and i was wondering if u guys think i should get the rest of the parts to convert my 86 frontend? im so 50/50 right now so let me know what u guys think....

Why didn't you just buy an '87 or newer model if you like the aero nose instead of hacking up a 4 eye? People who do these converstions are helping to make the 4 eyed versions vanish. To those of us who love 4 eyes, it's upsetting because we're losing them to guys like you, parts chop shops, accidents and age at an alarming rate. They are on the endangered species list... to me, it's like shooting an eagle. There are so many aero models out there for sale if youprefer that look... it's just a shame to see another 4 eyedestroyed. Besides, the mouldings will never match and it'll look like *** unless you change the nose, all the side moulding and the rear cover so it all matches. It's your car and you can do what you want, but just think about what you're doing.

If you do convert it over. At least sell the whole nose peice. Don't throw it away!!!!! It's to damn hard to find good used parts for the front of our beloved four-eyes. I hate seeing all these pre-87 models stangs with aero fronts on them... And then I'm thinking....." I wander where all these noses are sitting?"
