Turbo too expensive? you will make more power, easier with a turbo for same money.

Turbo kit - $3k
Fuel system - $600
MM lower control arms - $250
MM subframes - $125
King Cobra Clutch - $150

Total - $4,125 ....... this will give 125+ more rwhp than a H/C/I on bone stock engine

Leaving you $1,900 for install and tune
with maybe enough left over to filler up couple of times.
^^^^^^ DO THAT^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You cats are a bunch of speed fiends! Thanks for the perspective, but I'd like to spend a little of the money on cosmetics. It's harddriving an older car where I live. Besides, I'm not shooting for too much power...just a nice increase. Good suggestion though...you had me thinking about it for a minute.

Do those mods, and you only need to paint the rear bumper.
Thats all they'll ever see

again listen to him lol

but if ur not lookin for an **** load of power then just do a few bolt ons. how a bout a low shot of NO2? like a 50/75 shot?

also if ur into cosmetics. (i need both speed and looks) grab a sick set of wheels/tires, a hood, and a new rear bumper and cat back w/ td's (im not really a fan of the pipes throught the bumper on gt's) and grab the eibach pro kit 1.2" front and 1" rear. it will make ur car look even and give it an ill stance. oh and paint of course

Dont get me wrong, it was one of the sexiest stangs that i have ever owned, and i wish i still had it. But i had the car for about 5 months, in which time the alternator died, shock mount on the rear axle snapped off, and the car alarm killed it. Trying to put the new alternator in was a pain in the *** (and it sits right on top of the engine in plain view, and after i sold the car 2 ddays later the guy called me and said the alternator had gone out again! i was glad i got out at the right time, felt bad for the man but glad i didnt have to deal with it. I still have a fox and it is so much more fun, and i love the look of it. I dont worry as much about geting a door ding as the cobra, have more money for parts since i dont have to pay the insurance, gas (premium), and the car was out right expensivve compared to foxes.
