RE: 100 octane gas
My buddy did this in his ford taurus and it messed with his o2 sensor. I am not sure on how to check them exactly, or find out if thre bad. All it did was put on the warning light. They got the sensor replaced, and i think there still running premium.

what kind of work do you have done? if it is not high compression you do not need it... as long as your check light isnt on you should be fine. you can hook up a diagnostic computer and see if there are any hidden codes or anything that hasnt tripped the check light. at a shop its usually about a 70 dollar hookup fee or just find someone with a hand held tuner

RE: 100 octane gas
if it was lead based 100 octane prolonged use will ruin them but a mix of leaded and unleaded if it was a one time thing you may be okay..run a koeo/koer test and see if any codes are present
