can you really do this
i just read in a article on here that you can use donut wheels as junkyard skinnies. i thought u couldnt go over a certian speed with them. if its true then that would be a good idea..anyone know the truths about this?

have you ever picked up a spare tire for a fox anyway? they weigh like 400lbs. even if they have a smaller foot print for the front, I dont think they would really help but i could be wrong

Nothing wrong with using spare WHEELS... you just can't use the TIRES.
I see guys at the track doing it all the time...
It's funny, they always seem to have their slicks mounted on an old set of ten holes too. LOL

A buddy of mine in high shcool had a hammered 60's bug, and to get the front end even lower, he put two spares on the front (on the original wheels) and it was about a week before they were completely bald... so I guess that is why they are temporary...
