I am lookign at this car and the guy is saying it has 300+hp and I know nothing about 5.0's to know whether he is trying to scam me or not. here is what it has
1. 302 HO Block
2. worked Head's
3. Edelbrock upper and lower intake
4. Edelbrock 70mm throttle body spacer
5. Edelbrock 70mm throttle body
6. Mac Cold air intake
7. MSD Cap, and rotor
8. MSD Coil
9. Ford racing 8mm wiers
10. E cam
11. New summit racing timing chain cover
12. New water pump
13. New 140 amp alternator
14. New Fuel pump and relay
15. 28oz aluminum Fly wheel
16. Mini torque starter
17. BBK long tube headers
18. BBK H pipe with BBK cats
19. FlowMasters
20. Aluminum Drive shaft
21. Brand new clutch cable
22. 410 posi rear

Any idea's ? He only want 2 grand for the car and it looks nice. I am just not sure what kind of hp am looking at

the key will be the worked heads?? what kind?? and what's done to them?? I wouldn't think that set up is at 300 rwhp..if he says it is ..ask to see dyno proof...260 to 275 range maybe??

something wrong with it? seems to cheap to run good with all that.

im gonna say around 275hp at the crank. i dont care how worked the heads are, if there e7's his camshaft wont make any power

The guy had been a butt nugget to be honest because I asked if it was supercharged and he flipped out on me. But he said he was desperate for Christmas money which is what I am hoping to run into as I look to buy another mustang. Man I want another mustang so bad but I am finding other worked cars cheaper. Like eagle talons I now that is probably a bad word one here but If I had awd maybe my stang would not have been wrecked by my mechanic

Gonna Agree with grundy on the power side of it. Looks in decent shape thought. Kinda wondering why its so low thought.....kinnd convinent that he is needing christmas cash. He take you on a test drive? How does it shift while driving it? any odd noises while driving it?

He has stated that the clutch slips when you get on it and that it is a little low plus the fuel system is all still stock
