The red wire is for a keyed power source and the yellow is for a constant power source to keep the station memory alive. So if the radio is staying on w/ the key off, you wanna check to see where that red wire is hooked to.

I bought one, but you still have to wire it to the radio harness and then it plugs into the factory one but no dice. I know I had to do this w/ mine, but can't remember what wire I had to connect.
