RE: help need bearing clearances , more , etc...
My first suggestion is to check out my thread... the engine build up starts on page 8.
https://mustangforums.com/m_3538994/tm.htm
Main cap torque with bolts: 80-90 ft. lbs.
Main cap torque with ARP studs and ARP moly lube: 70 ft. lbs.
Rod cap torque with stock bolts: 30-36 ft. lbs.
Rod cap torque with ARP bolts and ARP moly lube: 28 ft. lbs.
Mainbearing clearance with plastigauge: .0005 - .0015, but anything less than .002 should be OK.
Rod bearing clearance with plastigauge: .0008 - .0026
Hope that helps.

once you torque the crank down take a hammer and smack the counterweights a couple times, then smack the snout to knock the crank back into the block and smack the back of the crank (or the back of a counterweight) forward. this ensures the bearings are seated correcty.
i know it sounds weird, but every engine builder i have known does this everytime they built any motor - and i've personally seen hundreds of motors being assembled
