I went to walmart and picked up a few 5.0 rags, and have been looking at some mail order stuff. I have about a month off here and was gonna get most of my parts ordered so I'll have this car ready by the end of Feb.My brother hasa 93 coupe that has a carbed 306 and tremac in it. I will be buying his car and using it.

I really have no prefrence as of yet on cages or suspension. Just whoever is the best and does the best work. I want to do this right the first time.

I hope they are open tomorrow. I need to get the ball rolling asap. I'm sorta a impulsive person and have set my mind to hitting the 7's.

Do a lotta these companies do work in house if I shipped a car to them?

look... this is gonna come off as me being a dick so sorry.. but...

either do a month or two's worth of home work, set a realistic goal(12s, 11s), or pay someone else to build your car and dont make any decisions

Thats the goal, 7. I have enough budget to do it. I have a friend that is an old pro 5.0 racer and he's excited about the buildup and will help me in any way he can.

There is more than just building the car. You are going to have to get a competetion license to run faster than a 9.90. There are some serious rules when you go that fast.
