Help/Bullitt wheels/5-Lug conversion

I just purchased a set of Bullitt wheels and the 5-lugs conversion kit to go on my 91 coupe. The problem I am having is the front wheels fitting close
/flush with the rotor. Need help on solving this problem? Also, i was told that the 94 Ford Ranger rotors would fit better. Thanks in advance.

What kit/parts did you get? What size/offset are the wheels?

rear axle's and drums are Ford M-1126A 5-Lug and the front is a Ford M-1102C and the Bullitt wheels are the M-1007K178 17x8 with a 5.72" backspacing.

bullits will not fit 5 lug rotors, which are just svo/lincoln style rotors you need 95 style brakes to make it work... SEARCH! there is a ton of info on the conversion
Yes, they will fit w/ a 3/8" spacer. And you can buy lug nuts that reach into the wheel to make up the extra stud length given up by the spacer. You'll have to hammer the dust cap flat as well but it will work.

Hers's what I did. I bought all the stuff to do the sn-95 conversion. meanwhile, I was able to make the existing stuff work so the 95 parts are still on the floor at work. Almost 2 years now. DOH!!

I used a 3/8" spacer, bought shoulder style lug nuts that reach into the wheel to grab more thread, mashed my dustcap flat and modified the center cap so it would all work. It looks great and there have been no problems w/ the way it was done.
G/L!!
