I went and looked at a 95 GTS today, but I'm not sure what I think about it yet. It's a Rio Red Automatic car. The only problem is that it has salvage history, but it does have a clear title. I know the driver's door and fender have been replaced. The car needs some paint, but i know it's a dependable car and all original. I talked the guy down to $2600. If you were me would you buy it??

Well, it's got all the exterior features of a GTS. Plus I know the car and the guy that owns the car.

even though 2600 is a pretty good deal, so its been crashed but not reported? so take it to a body shop and have the frame inspected

There is no doubt it is a real GTS. As far as the wreck goes, it was hit and the air bags deployed. State Farm listedit as having salvage history because the air bags were deployed. It has since been inspected and came back with a clear title.

i have a 95 GTS as well and love it....id do what stang 8689 said though and hold out for a stick...thats a great price though so if you like automatics then take it

you can always buy it at that price and swap to a manual
