new fenders are not painted black, that is a black gel-coat, call e-coat. most crash replacement parts are scuff and shoot so you don't have to prime them. You are not going to get a color match by buying something that is the same shade. Put if you aren't planning on paint it would have to do. It shouldn't cost more than $200 paint per fender, which is better than buying a new factory fender at that price tag. You should be able to get a used one for $50 or so. Don't be afraid of paint on a black car...
