Default suspension and tuneup questions

my shocks and struts are due for a replacement... I was going to buy eibach 1.5' lowering springs from the car... will this affect what shocks and struts i have to buy? also what else can i do to make sure i get better traction? I am also doing a tune up and since im the new guy , i was wondering your opinions one which plugs, wires, to use? also i heard that i can advance the timing on my car for a little more power... how far should i advance it?? Thanks!

You can use stock struts/shocks with those spring. They will help handling alot. KYB's are pretty cheap. I would go with autolite plugs, Ford racing 9mm wires and MSD car+rotor. As for traction I would say sub frames, rear control arms and tires
