WELL yeah that's an idea too but it really doesn't matter on a performance motor if you can or cannot get in touch with the builder cause as you walk out the door the ***** point to the sign on the wall that says no warrantay on "high performance motors" that's what my local builder did on one of my motors and it was never right from the get go and was built to tight and after each 1000 mile oil change there was more and more metal in the oil until the crank and cam were wiped!!!......so that's why I picked who I did this time!! in the end a warranty on a hp motor is a joke!!! you'll never be able to cash in on it and the builder will always claim it's something you did or did not do!!![&:]
