oil pressure sender. need help ASAP

Default oil pressure sender. need help ASAP

im doing my gauges and was trying to figure out how to take the stock sender out and put in the auto meter. it dosent seem to have a nut on it. ???

Put a wrench on the bottom of the sending unit and turn to the left. It'll unscrew. If you look at the bottom of the sending unit (closest end to the block) there's a nut attached to it so you can put a wrench on it.

its not hard to reach, just grab a set of wrenches and try it, i changed mine on my 88 a few months back, but that was a pain in the a** cuz of its placement.

9/16 wrench and it should come right out.

will the autometer sender work that they give you with the gauge?it looks to big

would this be the same on my 95?
i got the autometer kit too and dunno if i want to hook it up now or when i swap my motor.

Your kit should come with adapters to make it fit. And if all else fails, grab a pair of chanel locks and start turning it! That is how it came out of my 93 f150. It is normal thread also so righty tighty, lefty loosy!!
