Default good price for these heads?

alright..say i found a set of GT40P heads...upgrades include porting n polishing...Beehive springs good to .600 lift...new retainers n keepers..milled .030 to raise comp. to 9.54:1...flow tested to outflow the Y303 heads. price isnt set yet but probably anywhere from 175 to 200..this is a pretty good price right? ...dont really have intentions of tearing into motor for a couple months yet..but even if i end up not usin these..id still be able to get whati paid n maybe more right?
