i have an 88 gt and i recently came upon a set of long tube headers for free from one of my buddies. i was wondering what would be the best way to get the factory exhaust manifold bolts out without breaking them? also, what would be the best header bolt to run without having the problem of them backing out? thanks

well spray some PB blaster on them and hope for the best and use a locking type header bolt to install the set of headers
