Default TKO600

Never bought a new transmission before so was wondering what else I need to buy to slap this sucker on my block? What brands and size do you guys suggest? Cheapest one ive found so far is around is here http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...1&comp=LRS

TKO 600 is good trans.

You will need.

New Bellhousing
New clutch
New yoke
New swap x-member or cut out and move stock one.


www.astroperformance.com has super T-5's also.

just find the cheapest bellhousing you can, there all the same, and the same goes for the yolk...

edit the shifter that comes with it isnt the greatest, if you have the cash definetly upgrade it while its out

can't you just use the bellhousing from the stock t-5 on it???

also, how hard is it to put in a new cross member??? is it as easy as just welding it in???

i would like to get a tko too but they are just too much money right now

just had my t5 rebuilt with the ford racing kit carbon fiber blocker rings all bearings had it all done with the kit and royal purple for ander 450

put it in yourself! I used an mgw shifter myself, much better than what came with it
