Synchronized reverse means 93. Some 92's too.

if it still has the metal tag on the case the important numbers are 1352-1_ _......in the two blanks are the codes for the year of t-5 and that'll classify what it's base build is

OK, here's the thing. There are #'s on all the case parts. But they are all different. So how are you to tell what it is. Mike, there is no tag on the tranny.

is it definatley a 5.0 tranny with the larger input tip?? if so it'll be tough to tell without dissassembley cause all the numbers on the case refer to are casting codes of the case and unfortunately the casting molds didn't often change kinda like my 85 gt motor that had c8 stamped on the rods cause the molds weren't changed for many years......what is the history of the tranny?? where did you get it?? the only thing that really changed from year to year was upgraded blocker rings to carbon fiber ones and a syncronized reverse and I believe a stronger gear or two??

I bought it from a guy I know from NVMC forums. I believe he said it's out of an 89 or 90. It's for Suzanne's car. Came out of his dad's fox. That's about as much as I know about it.
