Well, I would just get the TrickFlow kit with heads, cam, intake, pushrods and roller rockers. This will give you about 360hp to the flywheel. Use a C&L 73mm MAF and a 70mm Throttlebody. With the 75HP NOS, it should be around 375 or so to the rear wheels on the spray. Is it a 5-speed or auto trans?
It wont give you 360 at the wheels on a stock engine (its less, at the rear wheels he usually make 10-15 under 300), also why go with such a small shot of nitrouse? almost seems pointless......As long as the tune is GREAT, there is no reason it cant hold a 200 (would definatly stay closer to the 100-175 range though) also with that kind of power, if the car is stock your going to have a hell of a time getting that power to the ground, suspension should be one of the first things you do, along with tires
288hp + 60hp NOS = 348hp to the rear wheels. That's pretty close to 350hp Figuring a 20% loss from flywheel to wheels. 375 was a bit high on my original calculation

a 150 shot would be safe , and yes you will get more power by shaveing heads as it increases the compression ratio , but what he is trying to say is you are purchaseing a set of heads that have way better flow than stock so you will get your power from there . what are you wanting to build an bracket racer all out drag car or a street beast ? and what rear gear are you going to run ? i am going to run 3.73 in mine cause in a 5 spd a 4.10 gear will make your first gear in your trans useless, it would be like a granny gear in an old hd stick shift truck, there for pulling but no good for anything else.

the way you have it writen though, your saying that, or it seems that you are saying that the TF top end will net you 375 hp, + adding a 75 or so shot to things to bring it up more........

i have a 5 speed and probly gonna go with 373 gears. i pretty much wanna have a bad *** car for weekends but dont wanna change pistons. i wanna do what i can to the suspension and have a powerful top end. im gonna keep it speed density. i wasnt sure on the nitros but a 150 shot sounds great. and i know im getting new heads i was asking in shaving them would help me more or if i should leave alone

i would leave them alone for now . you go and put all those parts on you are going to see a big difference ( more like huge ).all that you are talking about putting on the car you will have plenty of horse for a weekend worrior.buy putting all those hipo parts on you will have to do suspesion upgrades or it won't hook for you , it will get squirlly and it will flex , and more than likely get you and or some one else hurt in the process . invest in some boxed upper and lower control arms , weld in frame ties , good shock and struts , good springs , strut tower brace wouldn't hurt .
