Emissions in AZ
I was thinking of gettin an O/R H pipe and then swap it w/ a catted one to pass emissions.I was wondering howoften AZ requiresemissions and how difficult the swap is? I DO NOT have stock H,I have 2 1/4Hpipe w/ 2 cats and it is welded in.

When I was in Tucson I re-attached the smog pump and put in a factory H-pipe w/cats for the test then when all was said and done I removed the pump and put back in my hollowed pipe. What sucks in Pima county is you test every-year once your car reaches a certain age. They told me it was because they test at a lower standard than Maricopa County but that was like 4 years ago.
One nice thing about where I live now no emissions unless you commute to work in Maricopa or Pima County. I heard though they make Casa Grande emissions compliant like Apache Junction, because of all the people who live there and work in Maricopa County and don't get the required emissions test. I hope that doesn't include Az. City I really don't want to deal with that hassle again.
