i trashed my first 7.5 rear end with a stock 302 and spirited driving, then i trashed a stock 8.8 with my first HCI in the same car, now its spool and 33 spline for me, it has held up so far.

Ya, You need to buy new windows from a 87-93 hatch but they are not reproduced so you have to go hunting.

also, are the louvers or w/e they are on the 1/4 window removable?
just curious.. i like the clean look of the 1/4 windows with the mustang tint

I agree.
If you go with the newer windows you will also have to change out the interior panels or you will have a serious gap between the glass and the panel.
Mush easier to leave it pure 4 eye!
