I had an on road H-pipe from BBK, switcked to an offroad and with my car i felt a big difference. and being that its just 8 bolts, i kept the on road for emmission.
$400 is a lot for a pipe i will use for an hour every 2 years lol

maybe you can find a stocker in a junkyard that isnt clogged up.
i would sell you my old one because i dont have emissions anymore, but i have a 94.

I know I have heard of fines around 1K for not having cats...im not to concerned about getting caught. A O/R w/ flowmasters might me pretty dam loud. Im pretty sure what kind a mufflers yer runnin will effect the loudness of an O/R H pipe.
