You can go get a megasquirt or tweecer or pms and do it yourself, but you better get a hold of people will experience and do a lot of research or if you want to shell out the cast you can do waht i did and get it dynotuned, thats the best route all together when you got pros and its on the dyno and they can see the effect of every little change they do good or bad.

I just want to get it running somewhat decent so i could drive it in the street for a couple of weeks. Like the timing , the fuel pressure is still stock. Any other thing to check for tunning?

if you don't have an adjustable fuel pressure reg... then all you can do is set timing and follow the idle relearn LINK i PM'D you cause the ecm controls the fuel mapping and spark advanve via tables..in relation to other inputs the ecm recieves from sensors..like o2, maf, act, ect, tps..ect.ect......

what exactly are you saying it wont idle? its not running right?
you can open the butterfly and get it to idle higher but you need to adjust the tps after you open it.
what cam did you go with? fuel pressure is not going to help you idle
putting the timing up some will help a little but opening the butterfly on the throttlebody is the only way I could get mine to idle without cutting off when i stopped I just had to open it just a little seems the motor needs a little more air with the bigger cam good luck...
